AI Providers and Other Service Providers

We use trusted providers to run the Service. They process your information on our behalf, and their own terms and privacy policies also apply to their services. The main ones are:

• AI models that write and edit your business plan, suggest answers in the plan form and answer chat questions: OpenAI, Anthropic and OpenRouter, a gateway that sends our requests to these models. These providers receive the answers you enter in the plan form and the text of your plan.
• AI-generated logos: Meta's Muse Image model, reached through OpenRouter. OpenRouter and Meta receive your business name, your industry and our style instructions.
• Hosting, file storage and domain names: Vercel. Our database and the servers that prepare your logo, website and video: Railway.
• Payments: Stripe. Email delivery: UseSend.
• Music for launch videos: ElevenLabs.
• Analytics and error reports: Google Analytics and PostHog. We take steps to remove personal data from error reports before they are sent.

Where our providers offer the option, we choose settings that ask them not to keep your content longer than needed to answer our request and not to use it to train their models.

Marketing Communications

We may use your email address and phone number to send you marketing communications, such as:

• Gathering feedback on our Service
• Offering discounts or promotions related to our Service
• Informing you of updates, new features, or other relevant information

Drafts and plans. While you fill in the plan form, we may save your unfinished answers on our servers as well as in your browser, so that you can continue after reloading the page. After a limited time, we delete unfinished drafts that you have not returned to. Plans you have bought stay in your account until you ask us to delete them or to close your account. Logo options you do not choose are deleted once you choose one.

Logos, websites and videos. The logos, websites, videos and files made for you or uploaded by you are kept while your account exists. A website and its domain name are kept for the 12-month term described in our Terms of Service (15minuteplan.ai/terms). If you neither renew nor transfer the domain name out, the website goes offline after our last reminder, and we delete its files after a short period.

If you wish to request the deletion of your data, please contact us at help@15minuteplan.ai. We will promptly process your request in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.
